Officers and Contacts Demographics of our Member Families [pdf] History of our Chapter The San Diego Chapter of the Families with Children from China was founded in 1996 by Pam Whitfield. The first official FCC-SD get-together took place in May 1997, and over 100 people attended the event, held in the Whitfield's home. We now have an very active organization of over 165 local families.
